Trainer

Article 9 is a law specific to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. It was developed to address member rights and techniques used to support and teach individuals with challenging behaviors. Training will cover provider responsibilities, member rights, techniques that are approved (Green Light), techniques that require approval (Yellow Light), and those techniques that are prohibited (Red Light).
